About BSABC

The Black Sports Association of British Columbia (BSABC) is an organization that was established in 2020. Our primary purpose is “to advance the growth, participation and development of blacks at all levels of sports in British Columbia. The BSABC will also help to support blacks into leadership
positions by providing opportunities for educational and professional development.

Mission Statement

The Black Sports Association of British Columbia is the advocacy body for black led sports organizations within the province of British Columbia. BSABC is committed to improving opportunities for black athletes, coaches, administrators and volunteers into positions of leadership through educational and professional development. BSABC will take an active role in raising the awareness of issues of equity and injustice and takes a lead role in advocating for black athletes, coaches, administrators and volunteers.
